An excellent experience at Café des Halles! I particularly want to highlight the professionalism and quality of service provided by Mario, Paupau, and Elisa. All three were lovely, smiling, attentive, and above all, very competent in their customer service. Mario was particularly efficient and responsive, always with a smile and a real attention to detail. You can tell he's a true expert in his field and knows how to make customers feel comfortable while remaining highly professional. Paupau was also incredibly pleasant, available, and attentive, with seamless service and great energy. As for Elisa, she was equally remarkable: smiling, dynamic, a good listener, and always ready to ensure everything went smoothly. What I really appreciated was how well they complemented each other. The service was organized, quick, and pleasant, without ever feeling rushed. They take the time to make sure everything is alright, and that truly makes a difference. It's clear they know their stuff and are dedicated to providing a great experience for everyone who comes to the café. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back: competent, polite, smiling, and friendly servers.
