Excellent experience! The food is very good and the service is top-notch and very professional!

Had a stay-in dinner for jet lag recovery arriving in Paris. Had the Ribeye (medium) but it came out rare, or medium-rare (minus) at best. French doneness standards? Still edible but be warned, it had a lot of red. The meat had a lot of gristle too. Salad was served with a lot of strong dressing, so getting your dressing on the side may help. French Fries were good, which makes sense with the country identifier in the name, you better nail that one. Bread and butter were excellent as have been all pastry and bread items. Hotel restaurant/ bar atmosphere is very nice, clean relaxed and no rush to get you out. Service was smooth and casual, food came out quickly and hot. Wait staff was very nice, offered more bread. Cost was reasonable for Hotel restaurant in France, about €40.00 per person.

A Sunday brunch... We had booked in advance, which is infinitely more convenient. The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive and professional. The buffets were varied, well-stocked, balanced, and beautifully presented. The cuisine was refined, using high-quality ingredients. Finally, the dining room is elegant, inviting a sense of calm and comfort. Excellent, and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

We booked brunch on Sunday, April 19th through TheFork. The service was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly. The intimate setting with its well-spaced tables is simply superb. The food was good—even excellent for some items like the quiche, spinach, yogurt, and pineapple—but other products, such as the pâté en croûte, could be improved. It's in the kitchen that there's undoubtedly room for improvement. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bar 1807 and will be back soon. Thank you to the entire 1807 team for their fantastic work!

This hotel is amazing and the service too. Food is great and the place is elegant.

A very friendly setting, with staff who are very attentive to everyone's needs. I highly recommend it; you absolutely won't be disappointed! Excellent value for money.
