I discovered what Japanese food truly means; the fish's flavor was so delicate that no sauce was needed to appreciate it. I recommend the eel; I was very surprised by its taste and melt-in-your-mouth texture. For dessert, the sesame mochi was soft and delicious. All this was accompanied by a small glass of plum brandy to aid digestion. The restaurant is small, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Fresh, very tasty fish, fast service, several suggestions. I had a very good time. Reservations are recommended, the dining room isn't very large. I recommend it.

Best value sushi for money in my opinion. Even though it's not cheap, it's easily on par with gourmet sushi that costs two to three times as much. The service is always lovely. I recommend it 1000%! I love this place!

A small sushi/sashimi bar with a few tables, a short menu featuring impeccably fresh products. Simple, straightforward offerings with no surprises. A selection of teas and sakes is also available. Quick and very friendly service.

In a city full of cheap/mediocre sushi restaurants this is a gem of a place that serves high quality fish at reasonable prices. I got the 12 piece sushi platter and one portion of the Canadian sea urchin gunkanmaki. Service was excellent and the complimentary amuse bouche and miso soup were pleasant surprises. Seating was limited so be sure to make a reservation. Highly recommend it!
