From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile, good humor, and that genuine simplicity that makes all the difference. The owner is friendly, efficient, always attentive, and he knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere where you immediately feel at ease. The food is generous, honest, and delicious—exactly what you expect from a good lunchtime bar: well-prepared dishes, excellent value for money, and the pleasure of eating something simple but made with heart. The terrace on the square is a real delight: you watch life go by in Ribérac, you take your time, you enjoy. It's the kind of place where you stop for a coffee... and end up staying. Just had a hot chocolate and a pastry... on a cold, rainy day... we had a wonderful time in this café with its warm, friendly atmosphere and lovely decor... it was a real treat! I highly recommend it... we'll be back to try the food!

Nice little place, nice service, not too expensive, definitely worth a stop.

After reading the positive reviews, we decided to go and eat there. And the high rating is absolutely justified. A very warm welcome, excellent meal, good humor, smiles, and jokes throughout. The icing on the cake was that it was my husband's birthday, and they offered him coffee—a very thoughtful gesture, especially since we weren't regular customers. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Cozy meeting spot for the town. Great coffee and I had a croissant. Very nice staff. We sat inside.

Good place for lunch. Booking recommended but on the day is usually fine. Outside seating during good weather. Jean-Christophe serves the best café grand crême in Ribérac “avec un croissant”!

Today, candied cheeks and new potatoes. Delicious. Chocolate fondant. A mixed drink. Top-notch service with a smile.
