We had a wonderful time at the Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy Deauville, an iconic Deauville landmark that combines elegance, comfort, and Belle Époque charm.
The hotel's setting is splendid, refined, and very pleasant – it's always a pleasure to return. We are regular guests of Barrière establishments, and once again, we were delighted by the service, the atmosphere, and the overall quality of our stay.
One of the highlights of our visit was Sunday brunch at the hotel's La Belle Époque restaurant. Brunch is a true gourmet experience: a large buffet with a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes, fresh produce, and even a seafood corner that is very popular with seafood lovers.
The staff is particularly professional, attentive, and welcoming. A big thank you to the entire team for their availability, attentiveness, and responsiveness.
In short: a superb hotel, a delicious brunch, and a top-notch team. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be back! 🤩

It's always a pleasure to return to the Normandy. Here, everything is in its place, everything is beautiful and luxurious. The bar offers cocktails to match, and the staff is discreet yet welcoming.
If you want to live a dream, the Normandy is the place to be.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic! The room was high quality, and the bedding was impeccable.
However, upon arrival, they took an enormous €1000 charge on our credit card without warning. As a result, our card reached its limit, preventing us from making any purchases during the week. The first person we spoke to charged us €600 instead of €1000.
And when I asked for a lower charge or to cancel it so I could use the full limit, I was met with disdain, which made us feel very uncomfortable! (This was the second person at reception.)
I wonder if being a gay couple is a problem, given the lack of consideration shown upon arrival!
As for the housekeeping staff, they were lovely. However, I didn't realize there was so much traffic, even in the middle of the afternoon. I actually found myself face to face with someone, completely naked, because I didn't hear them knocking with a hairdryer running!
The breakfast was impeccable, and the staff were extremely kind.
As for the night, it's a shame to find yourself with barking dogs...

Excellent stay at the Hôtel Barrière Le Normandy for my friend's birthday. Warm welcome, attentive staff, and an elegant and comfortable room. The pool, spa, and hammam were very pleasant and perfect for relaxing. High-quality breakfast in a refined setting. We highly recommend it!

Excellent afternoon tea at the bar/restaurant... spiced smoked tea and a cheese plate. Everything was delicious, generously complemented by sweet and savory appetizers. Impeccable service without being stuffy. Ultra-cozy atmosphere. The price is very reasonable considering the quality.

I came in mid-December for business. The setting is splendid, enhanced by the Christmas decorations. The room was quite large, clean, and had Guerlain toiletries in the bathroom. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and kind. Overall, the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was varied and of high quality. The meals were delicious. My only slight criticism was that the conference rooms were more "austere" than the rest of the hotel and, in my opinion, not well-equipped enough.
Overall, three wonderful days in an exceptional setting, served by very professional and friendly staff.
