A fantastic place! We especially loved the sun-drenched terrace and the stunning mountain view. The staff were absolutely lovely every time we visited. I highly recommend the blueberry crepes—a real treat! We also want to thank you so much for providing the water bowl for our dog, Arrow. We were completely won over and will definitely be back! See you soon!

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. The whole family loved it!!

[Winter] Had a great stay here for a few days skiing in the nearby mountains. Great location, super easy to get to the gondola in the mornings. Not enough snow to ski back to it when we were there, it looks like you'd need a pretty hefty season for that to be possible these days. Inside the rooms are comfortable and clean. Things are a bit 'rustic', but plenty good enough unless you're a princess. The staff are absolutely fabulous though, they really want to make sure you have everything you could want and how you want it. Really, very, very fabulous and made the stay what it was. The restaurant is good too - it sort of has to be because there aren't many around, and so they get lots of non-residents in. You know the French won't put up with bad food, so they only serve the good stuff. Wine selection was good, as was the service. The spa was nice enough, but not really "for me". The pool is, well, bracing to say the least. I was hoping for a bit of a swim, but chickened out of actually going in past my waist. My pals enjoyed the sauna, and there's a gym too, which I carefully avoided. The ski storage is good and there are plenty of boot warmers. All in all, we all really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in the neighbourhood.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating (arrival and departure times, package delivery, luggage storage, ski locker) and friendly (open to conversation). The superior double room with mountain view was better equipped than expected, as we had a kitchenette (with kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop). We had booked a one-hour massage (on-site!) which was very pleasant. We also enjoyed the café/restaurant and the swimming pool (with its jacuzzi). The hotel is close to shops and less than 10 minutes from the Morillon gondola lift and its bus/shuttle stop. We were able to access the hotel and visit the surrounding area (Samoëns, Joux-Plane, Cirque du Fer à Cheval) without a car. We highly recommend it and will definitely return!

We had a perfect stay at this mountain hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome at reception was warm, professional, and genuine. We immediately felt at ease. The meals were delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The service was attentive and very friendly, making every moment in the restaurant enjoyable. The playroom was a real bonus for a family stay: we could dine peacefully while the children played nearby and met other children. The heated pool, at 29°C at the end of the day, was pure bliss after a day outdoors. It was definitely the icing on the cake! We stayed in family room #22, on the 2nd floor: it's incredible, the photo speaks for itself. The mountain view from the bed, at sunset and upon waking, is simply magical. You just want to stay under the covers admiring the scenery. The hotel is ideally located: the ski lifts are just a few minutes' walk away, which is very convenient. The Blue Lake, also 5 minutes away, is perfect for a stroll with the children or for taking beautiful photos as a couple. An exceptional family stay that we will definitely repeat. We highly recommend this hotel for a successful mountain holiday!

We came to the hotel for lunch. We enjoyed the menu and the dishes. The playroom for (older) children is well designed.

Hotel situated 5 min from the grand massif gondola,very nice heated semi covered pool,fantastic jacuzzi. For the high price the breakfast could have more variety,there's no fridge in the room which I needed to store my medicines upon arrival we were asked 500€ deposit,which for a hotel sounded a lot and sth we have never met before,esp.since there was no mini bar in the room
