Le Bar Morillon sur Morillon

A wonderful experience! We stayed two nights and everything was perfect: the welcome, the warm and attentive staff, the room with a view, the pool and spa, the breakfast and meals. A truly relaxing getaway!

The receptionist was very attentive and friendly. The room was quite pleasant. The pool was lovely. The jacuzzi was very comfortable. The hammam and sauna were often available and enjoyable. Perhaps a slightly larger television would be appreciated (we don't go to hotels to watch television, but it would still be a nice touch). The shower is quite narrow, but it didn't bother us too much. A great way to relax after our hike, which was sunny on the way there and very rainy on the way back.

The hotel is perfectly located! All the hotel and restaurant staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant and reception area are beautifully decorated. One small drawback: the sauna, hammam, and spa facilities are nice but a bit outdated. The pool is advertised as 29 degrees Celsius, but that's impossible. It's freezing cold; on our last day, we couldn't even go for a swim. As for the rooms, they are large but a bit dated, as is the hallway/staircase leading to them, and there was only one electrical outlet in the entire room, including the bathroom. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is fantastic, and we will definitely return thanks to its location and the staff!

Absolutely fantastic! We came as a family to eat and enjoy the pool. Everything was perfect, and we received a very warm welcome. The meal was delicious, and both the owner and the waitresses were incredibly attentive. I highly recommend this establishment; you feel right at home.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The restaurant offered excellent value for money. The spa was impeccably clean, with a lovely indoor/outdoor pool. The view was breathtaking. To offer one small criticism, the bathrooms in the rooms are perhaps a little dated, but everything else was spotless and welcoming. In short, I would go back in a heartbeat.

A fantastic place! We especially loved the sun-drenched terrace and the stunning mountain view. The staff were absolutely lovely every time we visited. I highly recommend the blueberry crepes—a real treat! We also want to thank you so much for providing the water bowl for our dog, Arrow. We were completely won over and will definitely be back! A warm and welcoming atmosphere. The whole family loved it!!

[Winter] Had a great stay here for a few days skiing in the nearby mountains. Great location, super easy to get to the gondola in the mornings. Not enough snow to ski back to it when we were there, it looks like you'd need a pretty hefty season for that to be possible these days. Inside the rooms are comfortable and clean. Things are a bit 'rustic', but plenty good enough unless you're a princess. The staff are absolutely fabulous though, they really want to make sure you have everything you could want and how you want it. Really, very, very fabulous and made the stay what it was. The restaurant is good too - it sort of has to be because there aren't many around, and so they get lots of non-residents in. You know the French won't put up with bad food, so they only serve the good stuff. Wine selection was good, as was the service. The spa was nice enough, but not really "for me". The pool is, well, bracing to say the least. I was hoping for a bit of a swim, but chickened out of actually going in past my waist. My pals enjoyed the sauna, and there's a gym too, which I carefully avoided. The ski storage is good and there are plenty of boot warmers. All in all, we all really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in the neighbourhood.
