Le Bar Morillon sur Morillon

Stayed here Feb 2024 half term week. Great location; great staff and fantastic breakfast. We had a family room - which had separate kids bunk bed room and kitchen area. Great balcony with views on the mountains and very close to the ski lift. We also had food in the evening which was great. The only small downside is that the bathroom was in the kids room so at bedtime and in the middle of the night a bit tricky if you don’t want to wake the kids! Still would recommend this hotel for a visit to Morillon - although limited snow at Les Esserts / no snow. So ideal check before travel. Samoens close by had good snow.

We had a perfect stay, the staff were so helpful and I’d definitely recommend the Morillon Hôtel. We had an apartment which was ideal, it came well equipped, very cosy with views of the mountains from the balcony and bedroom. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely after a day on the slopes too - thanks for a fab time ! 🏔️🏂❄️🫶🏼

Magnificent hotel with a beautiful spa and private parking. 6 minutes walk from Eggs to go skiing. Top notch welcome. Balcony with mountain view, typical wooden rooms.

An extraordinary welcome in this charming hotel! We felt like a family, with special attention, from morning to quality breakfast, in the evening, accompanied by the piano by the fireplace. Thank you to these managers who are so committed to our well-being! Today this level of service is exceptional!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and available. The SPA area is a treat after skiing and the hotel is very warm with typical decoration. Two small drawbacks: the curtain in our room is not in fact a curtain but a small white blind on the window. This doesn't go with the decoration but above all it lets in daylight or street lamps. Another point: the eggs served soft-boiled in the morning are category 3 and we find it a shame that in such a place they serve eggs from chickens raised in cages, one could imagine eggs coming from a local farm. We will still come back with pleasure.

It was great for one night :) The receptionist was extremely friendly and waited for us because we needed a hotel room in an emergency.

We came for our anniversary and went skiing it was wonderful the cable car to the ski slopes were only 100 yards from the hotel it also has an indoor swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi. Marianna at the front desk was really helpful and also upgraded our room to a Mountain View what was a good gesture from the hotel. Would definitely come again the town is only a whisker away from you and the scenery was breath taking. Thanks to everyone at the Morillon hotel and spa for making it a great stay.
