The staff and atmosphere is absolutely outstanding. Everyone there is extremely welcoming and kind which can be especially rare to find for American tourists like my family. We really appreciated their hospitality and the food was decent!

03/04/2024: Our river cruise was changed due to high water levels. The area of the Seine we saw was quite boring. We had been looking forward to seeing old Paris all lit up. Only bright spot was seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle. The food was fairly good except my husbands’s beef was very tough with gristle, he couldn’t even cut it. My beef was good. It was just disappointing to not go through the center of Paris considering the amount of money we spent. I feel we should get some kind of refund since it was not as advertised. I know they can’t control the level of the water but should refund some money since the quality was not as good.
