Le Barbezingue sur Chatillon

Fabulous restaurant where the service and food were exceptional. We went here for a business lunch and were delighted with everything. The food was perfectly presented and tasty. Portions were good and the service was the same. The server recommended an excellent wine pairing and I couldn't fault the place. I would certainly have no hesitation in going back and most likely will when back in the area. Price wise it was reasonable and I believe it has a buffet upstairs which we did not use.

Very good dishes in general, especially the duck and celery puree. Dessert a little disappointed but good strawberry gratin, banana and too liquid vanilla cream. Main course, dessert and bottle of wine menu between €40 and €50

Beautiful Discovery. The place is great and great decor. Several rooms so there is space. Attractive prices. Very nice live concert. Small downside: the buffet cuisine is not adapted to the season: only dishes with sauces with 35° 🥵 and not great taste. Prefer the boards while sipping your beer!

Great restaurant, several spaces where you can eat bistronomic meals, or table d'hôtes or even just have a drink while enjoying a board and playing darts and billiards. Quality products. We had a very good evening, aperitif and dinner with a nice music group. Very pleasant welcome from the boss, who showed us around the place. Outdoor and indoor spaces. Really very nice

Whatever your choice, the cuisine is authentic, generous, loving beautiful and good products. The table d'hôte buffet is of high quality, everything is tasty, everything is homemade, between terrines, salads, raw vegetables like you will rarely eat. The dishes are not to be outdone, delicious, tasty, and even the desserts we feel the love of good cooking, the generosity, the desire to please. The possibility also of choosing a take-away option is very suitable for those who have not planned their lunch at work the next day, and who will happily discover that you can eat very well for less than the prepared meals that make you happy industrialists. Run to Barbezingue, you won't regret it!
