Nice restaurant.
I tried the restaurant downstairs and the buffet upstairs, and both were high quality with fresh ingredients.
Pleasant atmosphere for a small group meal or upstairs for a team event.
The price is around €40 per person.
I recommend it if you're in the area.

We chose this restaurant for dinner, specifically the "bistronomic" section.
The dishes were good, made with fresh ingredients, but nothing exceptional. The portions were just adequate. The prices were as expected (€33 for a main course and dessert). It wasn't very busy, so we were served quickly.
The decor is classic, and the tables are spaced far apart.

We had dinner at this restaurant, which we found in the "Petit Futé" guide. After an aperitif of Crémant de Loire that rivaled Champagne, we had brandade de haddock (mashed potatoes and sauce) followed by dessert from their varied menu. We appreciated the warm welcome, the service, and the meal. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch at Barbezingue in Châtillon—an excellent restaurant. The aperitif, a glass of Drappier Champagne, immediately set the mood: a truly festive start to the meal.
For the main course, the pork belly was remarkable: meltingly tender meat, perfectly cooked—a real delight. The haddock brandade was also worth trying: delicate, flavorful, and very well seasoned.
For dessert, the rum baba won us over, as did the fruit gratin with vanilla cream—a sweet and indulgent treat, perfect for ending on a high note.
The service was warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the setting a classic bistro, making for a very pleasant experience. In short: a superb lunch—I'm already looking forward to going back.

A truly wonderful restaurant in Châtillon. The menu is small, but that's all the better. The dishes are gems, prepared with high-quality ingredients. Hats off to the chefs!

The staff is friendly and the service efficient.
However, the food is disappointing; the veal stew sauce is too thin and doesn't coat the back of the spoon. The squid is overly salty, and the dish is very rustic. The combination of crème anglaise with saffron for dessert doesn't work well.
