Was a day of heavy rain showers ...so I popped in ...I asked for fish and chips ...no fish and chips ...awwwe I had chicken tenders ..water and a coffee ...18 Euro...I thought it was great value . Waiter has a specific charm ...he could be part of a comedy act ... Brightened up my day ..

Great meal, excellent and warm welcome, the music was a little loud as the speaker wasn't far from our table. I recommend this establishment.

This place has been just as lovely since the 80s. The welcome is also perfect and warm. The meals are very well presented, especially the daily specials and set menus. Thanks to the whole team, it's really great! 👍👍🌞💐

Le Pilier des Anges

21/07/2026: A lovely, shaded terrace. The service was really pleasant; Lucile was smiling and very professional. We ate well and quite quickly. I highly recommend this place, which is only 200 meters from the cathedral.
14/07/2026: Wonderful views of the cathedral on the terrace. The server helping us let me try the white wines before ordering a pichet to find the best one for me! We loved the escargot and the potato galette. Absolutely phenomenal, kind service.
