We stumbled upon this restaurant on Google Maps for a stopover between Puy du Fou and home. What a fantastic find! The terrace was packed when we arrived at 9 pm, which was a complete surprise. Despite this, the service was efficient and quick. The zucchini spread and toast to accompany our mojitos were a lovely touch! The menu is truly tempting 😍 (but we only ordered one dish as we weren't very hungry) and the prices are very reasonable. To top it all off: a bottle with my name on it was displayed in the wine cellar after our meal. I couldn't resist, I bought it, and I can't wait to open it and enjoy it with my family! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.

Lovely terrace, I had a great time there at lunchtime. The food was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tomato and peach dessert. I sampled a small Sicilian white wine with my meal; it's a shame they no longer had the wine selection in the cellar.

We had a fantastic time at Le Bateau Ivre! We shared a ribeye steak, and it was absolutely delicious, tender, and flavorful 🥩😋. A wonderful discovery, we thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend it.

We were a little disappointed with the cooking (the fish burger was overcooked and very dry, and the burger buns were also dry).
However, the service was quick and the wine recommendations were good.
Nice shaded terrace.
Prices are excessive for what's offered.

We had dinner at this restaurant during our stay in France. Everything was perfect! Our server even gave us a little gift 😉 A lovely little digestif! We returned to Quebec with wonderful memories, thanks in part to him! Thank you!
