Excellent cuisine, beautiful, well-prepared ingredients, perfectly cooked, a lovely menu and interesting daily specials. One regret: the very short wine list, very few regional wines and many (too many?) Bordeaux. Professional and attentive service. In short, an excellent restaurant run by true professionals. While passing through Bayonne, I stumbled upon this restaurant for dinner. What a wonderful discovery! The food was excellent and the service was warm and friendly. I highly recommend it!

A very good restaurant with excellent, original cuisine made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed an exceptional pot-au-feu with foie gras. The service is warm and friendly, with a special mention for Nathan. A must-try restaurant in Bayonne.

A wonderful discovery last Saturday, without having made a reservation. Consider making one anyway. The daily special, a fish dish, was delicious! The expectations were well-deserved, as the dish was prepared with care. The cooking was perfect! Clearly, many regulars return frequently. The dessert was also superb! The service was very professional. I will gladly return on my next visits to Bayonne.

25/04/2026: A perfect experience at Patxamama, even without a lunch reservation! I was the only one there, but the lovely team managed to find me a table with a smile, right during the Ham Festival! Excellent service, everyone was so attentive in a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. I had the Bayonne Ham Festival menu: for starters, a perfect egg with asparagus cream, Bayonne ham, and croutons—a perfect balance of textures and flavors, and a delightful contrast of temperatures. For the main course, pork loin with carrot velouté, marinated red cabbage, and a rich jus—tender and incredibly delicious. The Carrément Chocolat dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Everything was delicious; this place deserves all the stars. I highly recommend it. Thank you, and see you soon!

13/05/2026: A surprising place with great vibes! The food is fantastic, with original and healthy dishes! All this in a setting that revolves around records (no pun intended). What could be more fitting, since it's a record store! The owner is also very friendly! He has a great sense of humor and exudes warmth. Everything was perfect. A great find! Thank you.
08/05/2026: Excellent spot, quiet away from the streets of Bayonne, very pretty setting! I found a vinyl record there that I've been looking for for ages!
