Excellent cuisine, beautiful, well-prepared ingredients, perfectly cooked, a lovely menu and interesting daily specials. One regret: the very short wine list, very few regional wines and many (too many?) Bordeaux. Professional and attentive service. In short, an excellent restaurant run by true professionals. A very good restaurant with excellent, original cuisine made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed an exceptional pot-au-feu with foie gras. The service is warm and friendly, with a special mention for Nathan. A must-try restaurant in Bayonne.

A wonderful discovery last Saturday, without having made a reservation. Consider making one anyway. The daily special, a fish dish, was delicious! The expectations were well-deserved, as the dish was prepared with care. The cooking was perfect! Clearly, many regulars return frequently. The dessert was also superb! The service was very professional. I will gladly return on my next visits to Bayonne.

28/07/2026: We arrived on a Saturday at lunchtime, just as service was ending. The team quickly prepared a table for us, and we enjoyed an excellent meal. Great service, great food. Special mention for the Basque burger.
