Le Bel Abri sur Annecy-Le-Vieux

Charming hotel on the shores of Lake Annecy. The person who greeted us was smiling and very kind. Regarding the room, it was small but sufficient for a one or two-night stay. The room was clean, the bed linens were perfect, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wasn't as fond of the decor, which I found a bit dated, but that's just my opinion. The bathroom, however, was very nice: a large shower cubicle and a hairdryer available – perfect. We weren't able to have dinner at the hotel on Wednesday evening as the restaurant was closed that night. We had breakfast; drinks are served, but personally, I prefer to serve myself. I didn't find the breakfast exceptional; there wasn't much choice, although there were cold cuts, yogurt, compotes, cheeses, pastries, bread, butter, and jams. Being able to have breakfast overlooking the lake is really lovely.

I loved my stay at Bel Abri. For a first-timer, I wasn't disappointed at all; quite the opposite. The bedding is incredible, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The restaurant is also great, and I definitely plan to come back.

A very pleasant stay. Excellent welcome and service. They were very responsive and kind to our requests. Very comfortable bed and a lovely room layout. The best part was the large terrace overlooking the lake. The hotel is ideally located. We would recommend it.

A lovely little hotel in a fantastic location right on the lake. Very friendly staff and a great restaurant – with a large terrace and bar when the weather is nice. We had a corner room on the first floor with a large balcony, a beautiful view of the lake, and a fairly large bathroom. Everything was clean and bright. The hotel is ideal for exploring Annecy and the lake.
