We were there for a hen party weekend and had booked half-board at the hotel next door. We were allowed to choose three courses from the menu; the portions were quite large for a three-course meal, but the quality and taste were excellent. The meat was high quality and the cheese was also very good.
We were very satisfied! 😀

We ate at the restaurant four evenings as we were on a half-board basis at the hotel.
We were able to choose from the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious, with special mentions for the pastry crust, the snails, and especially the sauerkraut, which was simply amazing.
But the real highlight of the restaurant is the warmth and friendliness of the staff: the waitresses/waitresses and the chef. Their generosity and desire to please are evident in the food (and in the drinks). We did more than just eat each evening; we had a wonderful time every time, culminating in a truly memorable experience on our last night. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will be back.

We ate there and ordered a delicious tarte flambée to start.
Unfortunately, the main course wasn't to our taste and was rather bland – it lacked seasoning.
The server was very polite and even spoke German.
Personally, I didn't find the large dining room very cozy.
Nevertheless, all in all, a good restaurant.

Meal served quickly. However, in 8 months prices have skyrocketed: +€1 for a small 50cl bottle of water and +€9 on average for main courses, with desserts also increasing.

I loved the place, the food, the menu, the service, and the view. We were with some picky friends who aren't used to French cuisine, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself, from the taste to the decor and the friendly staff. Everything about this restaurant was a delight for me. I'll gladly return on my next trip to the area. Special mention to the chef who really knew what he was doing and what he was offering.
