Hello, we've owned property in Tignes for a few years now, and this is our first time at this restaurant. It's a very reputable establishment with attentive staff, the young people are very friendly, and the service is top-notch. The meals are very generous and quite reasonably priced for Val-d'Isère. Our children ordered the children's menus, received a free cocktail and games, and ate half portions, just like us. A truly excellent establishment, not to be missed for a great family outing. I'm going to tell you about my wonderful customer experience today. First of all, I arrived at 12:45 with my family of seven, and we were seated very quickly without a reservation. From there, our lunch unfolded. Lucas took care of us very quickly, and after a friendly order, we were served very promptly. Our orders included lasagna, burgers, chicken, fries, beers... and frankly, not only was the quality excellent, but the quantity was also great, and the dedication and kindness of the staff delighted us after our morning of skiing. The restaurant is well located at the Bellevarde Express lift, with a beautiful view and plenty of clean restrooms. I highly recommend it, especially since the price is reasonable. Just for the warm welcome from all the staff, we will gladly return. Well done and thank you to everyone!

As I said before, I'm describing the full-service area inside the mountain restaurant. We ate lunch here twice on the ski slopes, and both times we used the self-service area. The fact that we've come twice says a lot; we must have really enjoyed it. Of course, the self-service area isn't exactly cheap, but considering the quality, it's significantly better than the very basic service at other mountain huts, where you can easily spend 40 euros per person. On top of that, the hospitality is genuine. The staff still recognizes you even after three days. That speaks volumes about their customer loyalty and friendliness. Despite being busy and under pressure, they're always up for a little chat that goes beyond the usual small talk – excellent. The food is freshly prepared and is every bit as good as what you'd find at a very good restaurant in the valley. Remarkable! We had a Niedergarde lamb shoulder of outstanding quality. It was simply delicious. Words can't describe it. This type of dish is something you won't find anywhere near this quality in most countries, let alone at this price. 😻 The owners are also very friendly and approachable. It's also worth mentioning that we didn't even need a reservation and it wasn't a problem getting a table, perhaps due to the busy week. Maybe we were just lucky, but it was still very pleasant to be able to simply walk in, ask, and experience such a pleasant surprise. This is definitely a place that deserves six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During our stay in Tignes, this was our go-to spot on the slopes for refreshments. It quickly became our favorite place to stop and relax! The staff were the friendliest and most caring we experienced, always welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, and the drinks were absolutely delicious. We looked forward to coming back each time!

A fantastic discovery in Val d’Isère. You immediately feel at home; the welcome is warm and the place has a real soul. The view is incredible, but above all, you can take the time to enjoy it, without any pressure. The dishes are generous, well-prepared, and everything is comforting after a day in the mountains. It’s the kind of place you stumble upon… and want to return to. Maison Luly is definitely a place that leaves a lasting impression.

Excellent experience at Maison Louly. The spatchcock chicken was perfectly cooked: tender and flavorful meat. The welcome was warm and the staff attentive and efficient. A reliable restaurant where you can eat very well.
