Great dining on the slopes. Exceptional food and superior service. One of our guests is gluten intolerant and noticed one dish contained soy sauce which they immediately replaced.

This is a great place to stop off on a long run, especially after the red or black run. The food was amazing. Though even for our extensive budget, it was a little pricey. I do appreciate that there is more work in presenting such gorgeous food as in location, etc. The experience, though, was definitely worth while and will save up to come again

03/04/2024: The 1789 is one of our favourite restaurants, the food is fantastic. We always look forward to our visit and are never disappointed.
03/04/2024: Don't believe everything negative that you read! I love this place. Been coming here for years. I came for pierade and profiteroles with my son on a busy Sunday night in April. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, the waitresses were attentive and polite. I think the price is a good value reflection of the quality. Final word: you're in France, speak French. It might enhance your entire experience!
