Our trusty 2020 guidebook led us to this place. After wandering through the narrow streets, we finally found it. Unfortunately, we were looking for a place to eat and had to turn back before the other restaurants closed. I give it 5/5 for Pierrot's warm welcome and kindness.

A place that's worth it above all for the experience. A terrace overlooking the Balagne, simple, unpretentious dishes, and an elderly owner who told us about his Corsica. The beauty of essential things and sincere hospitality.

La Taverne Corse

06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.
22/11/2025: A very beautiful and typical place, I recommend it.
