A timeless bar in Sant’Antonino. Pierrot, 84, is an extraordinary character. With rare kindness, he recounts the history of the village since 1948, as if every memory were still vivid. His anecdotes are listened to with emotion, carried away by the spirit of the place and the authenticity of the man himself. An incredible, profoundly human experience that stays with you long after you've left.

Very authentic experience, if this is what you’re looking for, look no further! The old corsican gent holds this alone, on his own, he can barely walk but reserves you a very warm welcome if you’re kind as well.

06/01/2026: If you're heading up to Sant Antonino, whether for lunch or dinner, be sure to visit the Taverna Corse, located just above a beautiful square. Under a lovely pergola, savor delicious Corsican dishes (wild boar, veal, salads, etc.). From appetizers (zucchini fritters, etc.) to desserts (fiadone, etc.), everything is excellent 👌. And the young team running the place is incredibly welcoming. Reservations are highly recommended.
