Daily lunch menu, excellent, refined, remarkable work with fresh produce. From the starter, through the main course, to the dessert, a festival of discoveries. (a fish fillet cooked on the skin, melting pine nuts...)

Do you know the following business adage: “You only get one chance to make a good impression”? Well it's a failure, I'll explain... I called the restaurant on August 19 to reserve a table for 2 on Saturday August 31 in the evening, I specified that it was our anniversary and asked for a table on the edge of the balustrade with a view of the water, I was told "no problem, you are here first reservation", and I am asked for my email to confirm. This Thursday, seeing that I still have not received the confirmation email, I called the restaurant back specifying that I have a reservation for Saturday but that I still have not received the email. I am asked for my name, my email and I am told "there is indeed a typing error in the email but no worries, the reservation is noted"... We showed up on Saturday evening at the appointment time and there, surprise, no one found my reservation... We called in the head waiter (?) who looked, and ended up telling me, in an accusatory tone: " It’s normal since your reservation was yesterday and you didn’t come! We called you but you didn’t answer.” So yes I had a call the day before, but in 06 and without a message, at what point do I know that it was the restaurant that called me? In short, I maintain that I reserved for Saturday, we ended up finding a table, but not at all at the water's edge, as I had requested... The waitress comes back, asks me if we are okay installed... I tell him yes but it's not the table I asked for... His response "sorry, but at least you have a table..." I can tell you that this remark is not It didn't happen at all and I contained myself at that moment! In short, we ended up moving around and finding ourselves a table at the water's edge, thanks to the chef who undoubtedly found the solution, the always friendly waitress seemed upset to find us a solution... At no time did I hear this person tell me that the error came from them. This first bad impression stuck in my throat throughout the meal and ruined the surprise I wanted to give my partner.... In short, regarding the meal, it was very good. On the other hand, when you pay this price, you expect an even higher level, and the quantities were limited. The profiterole was perfect. The setting is very beautiful, it's a shame that the music doesn't match the place. I would still like to say that apart from this unpleasant and cold person who greeted us at the start, all the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly, and I thank them for that. A good evening all the same, but experience marred from the start by this error in the reservation, too bad...

Excellent experience at Le Bellevue restaurant. Lovely setting, excellent welcome, warm and competent staff, refined, delicious cuisine, the only downside was a little disappointed by the desserts.

Excellent restaurant en bord de Garonne, au vert... Si vous souhaitez déjeuner dans le calme et la sérénité, dans un environnement bucolique, c'est l'endroit rêvé. Qualité des plats et originalité de la présentation.
