Les Violettes sur Soultz-Haut-Rhin

Having been regular visitors for the past two years, we were surprised to find a lack of quality in the aperitif offerings at the lounge bar, which have been drastically reduced to the bare minimum, and also a reduction in breakfast options. However, we appreciated being upgraded on our last visit.

A fantastic experience! _Regarding the room: we were charmed by the Alsatian room and its typical decor. _Regarding the service/restaurant: the welcome and service were warm and pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the hotel restaurant (simple dishes with a touch of visual and gustatory originality). _Regarding the spa: there's something to please everyone in a relaxing setting: (Hammam, sauna, pool with or without bubbles...)

A very nice hotel, with ongoing renovations to expand the spa, which should further enhance its quality. The room we stayed in was pleasant, with very comfortable bedding. My only complaint about this hotel is the price of the extras: a small bottle of water is offered, sourced from the Essonne department (91)... while we are right next to the Lisbeth spring, where a small bottle costs €4.50, despite the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, the prices at the lounge bar are also outrageous. But overall, it's a beautiful place in a magnificent region.

The spa is nice, although the exterior is still under construction. Some of the saunas don't offer much... the temperatures didn't seem to be as indicated at the entrance to each one. The hotel is typical of Alsace and a bit dated. The outdoor pools are pleasant, and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Simply superb! Go without hesitation!

The spa is beautiful! Very relaxing as it's located in the middle of the forest, however, I think three days is enough. I would love to come back. The rooms with private jacuzzis are great, as the spa was sometimes overcrowded on weekends.

Very comfortable, attentive staff

We had a wonderful stay, focused on relaxation and culinary delights. The romantic suite was very pleasant, with a soft and cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of the forest. The spa is clearly the highlight of the resort: heated pools, a flotation tank, sensory showers, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation areas… everything is designed to help you unwind and fully enjoy the moment. We also thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Le Jardin des Violettes restaurant, with its refined and inventive cuisine showcasing seasonal produce and Alsatian specialties. Special mention must also be made of the warm welcome and attentive service throughout our stay.

A true gem ❤️ We've stayed at Spa Les Violettes several times, and each visit is a delight… even better. Even during renovations, everything remains perfectly managed, demonstrating their professionalism and attention to detail. The spa is simply incredible: spacious, comprehensive, and peaceful… you immediately feel at ease. It's the ideal place to truly disconnect and recharge. The rooms are also very pleasant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We were even upgraded several times, which is always a very welcome touch. The restaurant is equally impressive: varied, fresh, refined, and delicious cuisine. The service is professional, seamless, and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. We've tried other establishments, but we always come back here. Les Violettes is our go-to wellness retreat ❤️ The only reason I'm not giving the service 5 stars is because we haven't (yet) tried the spa and its massages... more to come on our next stay 😉
