A hidden gem in the heart of Bayonne—a magnificent stone dining room. We had a wonderful meal there: a generous squid salad, a Basque burger with excellent fries, and the hibiscus lemonade, which I highly recommend! We'll be back for the food and the very friendly service.

28/10/2025: Stopped by for lunch today on a whim with my wife. Excellent dish of the day: pork shoulder with fries. Excellent suggestion: scallop risotto. Smiles guaranteed, attentive service guaranteed, and super friendly waiters.
19/08/2025: A short break for lunch with the family. Delicious food, very friendly servers. Fairly high prices.
