Le Bengali Bar Glacier sur Courseulles-Sur-Mer

23/06/2026: Ordered and waited 30 minutes for cold French fries and a chicken salad without any chicken! Staff including person cooking the food corrected the missing chicken without any apologies. We then ordered a McFlurry and waited 20 minutes before asking for it and the girl prepared the McFlurry. No apology! This branch has too little staff to deal with the drive through, click and collect and the eating areas inside and outside. Very poor experience.

07/05/2026: The comeback! It had been a long time since the McDonald's in Courseulles had been up to scratch... excessive delays, multiple oversights, mini MacFlurries, cold fries and burgers, a broken ordering screen, a panicked staff, unhappy customers... in short, nothing was right. And since the beginning of May 2026, I've been twice: nothing to complain about. Fast service on a Saturday at 8 pm, hot fries and burgers, a generously filled MacFlurry. I don't know what changed, but it's a completely different story. This is McDonald's.
