Le Berthier sur Hesdin-L'Abbe

We had a wonderful meal; a big thank you to the chef, the quality of the dishes was excellent! A huge thank you also to the front-of-house team. There were only two of them for a full restaurant, which explains the initial wait. Despite the pressure and some comments from customers, they remained smiling and professional. A little understanding is sometimes necessary; it's not an easy job. A small suggestion: placing the menus directly on the tables could save them some time. Thank you to the whole team!

Dinner this Thursday, February 19th, was exceptional. The food was exquisite and delicious. The service was incredibly kind and the setting magnificent. What more could you ask for?
