Le BHV sur Brest

A BHV department store whose clientele has changed in recent years. The customers are amusing, very colorful. There are many smiling faces, others more angry, who seem to resent the whole world. Yet the food and drinks served are top-notch. The steak-frites are excellent. The chocolate mousse is unrivaled. And the coffee is strong and invigorating, just the way I like it. Next to this excellent eatery is a wooden carousel playing soft and more strident notes under the Mayor's office.

A very nice bar with a good atmosphere, and it's even better when there's a bit of sunshine.
