Absolutely nothing to complain about! Honestly, the welcome was fantastic, the owner is super friendly and attentive to customers. As for the food, my 10-year-old son even managed to eat their andouillette sausage, which tells you how delicious it must have been. So, to sum it up: For the price, it's practically the best traditional cuisine you can find in the area. A real treat, the price reflects the quality of the food, and we left with wonderful memories. In short, I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. From the welcome to the meal, from the aperitif to the dessert, there was nothing to criticize. Everything was simple, delicious, and efficient. When we're back in the area, we'll know exactly where to eat. Thank you for everything; it was truly enjoyable in every way.

Went there with my girlfriend and grandfather. The menu is on a board, meaning a regular change. My girlfriend took the salade du bié and a molten caramel cake, I took the salmon and the profiteroles, my grandfather took the cod and profiteroles too. With it we took a Jura wine on the advice of the owner, a little acid and dry on the taste, perfect with our meal. Everything was nice, tasty, well balanced in flavours and not that pricey for a restaurant in this area. Service was great, jokes were exchanged and we had a really good time

My review below is 7 years old; I simply wanted to confirm it. Today I savored an excellent steak tartare "Italian style" followed by absolutely exceptional homemade profiteroles. All accompanied by a very good Morgon wine, chosen by James during his visits to independent winemakers. I still highly recommend it! However, reservations are now essential. 2019 Review: Still excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend it. Restaurant run by an extremely friendly and professional couple. My wife and I go there at least twice a month. Traditional, simple but excellent cuisine. A limited menu to prioritize quality. The price/quality ratio is perfectly reasonable for the experience. If you're looking for a really good restaurant, I highly recommend this one. It offers homemade and traditional cuisine. The owner is very pleasant. The dishes are excellent: a rib-eye steak that melts in your mouth, delicious carrots and potatoes, and the rhubarb tart—I highly recommend it too. In any case, if you're inviting family or friends, you won't be disappointed. Most importantly, remember to book ahead; it fills up very quickly, and I understand why. You won't be disappointed.
