Le Biniou sur Saint-Amand-Montrond

We were very disappointed with this discovery. Our first order was a crêpe, and they told us they were out of sausage. The waiter served us wine with dirty hands, in a disgusting water glass—it was almost as if he'd already served us! And the crêpes, both savory and sweet, were very dry, with an overcooked fried egg. I've missed the crêperies of Finistère. Sorry, but I won't be going back. We'll try the competition; we'll see.

We came for dinner on a Thursday evening without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. The waiter was very friendly, funny, attentive, and caring without being intrusive—it was perfect! As for the meal, we weren't disappointed. Delicious, flavorful dishes, beautifully presented, and the flavors were spot on. It was our first time at this restaurant, and it won't be our last… we felt right at home in the warm and friendly atmosphere. It was truly a wonderful experience that we will gladly repeat.

New crêperie opened in the former "Biniou" location. The facade has been repainted, the moldy awning replaced—well done and thank you! The dining room is welcoming, the servers are friendly, and the crêpes are very good. Special mention goes to Tata's crêpe Suzette, which is delicious. I will be back.
