A wonderful discovery during my business trip. Located in the heart of Carcassonne, I received a very warm welcome from the owner and his team, and enjoying the La Noble tartine with a small glass of red wine was a real treat. Thank you! I highly recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome; you can tell the chef is passionate about choosing local products and producers.
We had the open-faced sandwiches, which were EXCELLENT—very well prepared, flavorful, and bursting with taste.
However, we were disappointed with the fruit salad of the day. While it was good, we found it less elaborate. And excessively expensive for what it was...
This won't stop us from going back to try their other dishes!
