Direkt am Place Carnot ist das Bistro vom Hotel de Beaune. Speisekarte ist eine handgeschriebene Tafel. Bedienung ist korrekt. Winzig klein, Platz für 10 bis 12 Gäste. Offene Küche direkt links. Enges Sitzen aber es lohnt absolut. Die Speisekarte hebt sich sehr gut ab, von üblichen Beauner Gerichten. Wir haben u.a. Coquelet mit Kräutern gegessen. Butterzart und herrlicher Geschmack. Exellente Weinkarte. Café und Marc de Bourgogne runden das Essen ab. Reservierung absolut notwendig. Parkhaus 200 mtr. entfernt. V.Gamradt

It's not often that a restaurant experience ticks every single box, but this one does. The menu and wine list lived up to every expectation. I credit the wonderful ambience to the staff, who manage to be efficient, sweet and courteous under pressure. I will go out of my way to visit again.

Great meal at Le Bistro de L'Hotel. Like many others, we went for the roast chicken for two and were not disappointed. Terrific meal, great service, and comfortable dining. We hope to return in the future.

Always a treat to come and dine at the Bistrot, for 15 years we have been loyal to this beautiful Beaunoise house! Top notch staff! Generous and excellent bistronomic cuisine! Exceptional wine list! Bravo Johan for this great continuity in quality!

21/09/2024: Very well located, friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices. The chicken Caesar salad, superb, very hearty and excellent. Didn't have time to take a photo of the plate 😋😋😋
12/09/2024: The food was decent (we had the daily menu), the service was super quick and friendly. The toilet was a storage room, there was water but no soap.

18/09/2024: No bad surprises, quite the contrary! We were very well received. The 3 formulas (even in the evening!) offer sufficient choice. For €30 for two, including 1/2 wine, a coke, and unlimited water, we can only praise the excellent value for money. The buffets are stocked and replenished throughout the evening, the bread is delicious.
12/09/2024: Very friendly trucker restaurant. The starter, cheese and dessert buffets offer choice, the service is fast and friendly. Special mention for Chantal, thank you for your kindness and good humor.
