Impeccable service with an extremely pleasant and kind waitress. The dishes were very good (the fish was very fresh and not greasy; it was salmon). Delighted with this discovery! Not too noisy in the dining room.

Excellent time spent at the Regent bistro in Talence

Having been to many Bistro Régent locations in the past, this one seemed a bit understaffed. The wait was a little long, but in any case, their menu is very good for the price!

Hello, Just wanted to let you know that I ordered the beef rare, and I got it… well-done. I should have asked for it very rare! The biggest problem on the terrace is the pigeons that come and bother us at the table. It's really annoying; it's like horseflies by a swimming pool—you're constantly on the lookout to keep them off the table. If there's a next time, we'll eat inside. One good point, though… the profiteroles were generous and excellent.

We booked through The Fork. Bistrot Régent is a sure bet! Everything was very good, even though we didn't mention it—there was a small mistake with the order! My boyfriend ordered beef but received duck breast, which didn't bother him either. The profiteroles are always excellent.

Every time I go up to Pellegrin I eat there; the welcome is very good, I recommend it.

A little disappointed compared to other Bistro Régent restaurants we've tried. We were warmly welcomed, however, the service wasn't really up to par. There were three of us, so we were shown to a table for four. Once seated, the waiter removed the cutlery from the table in front of me, so I had to use the cutlery next to me. It's just a small detail, but I don't think it's the customer's responsibility to make the effort. Although it was fairly busy, it wasn't exactly a rush. Yet the wait was quite long (almost an hour to order). Furthermore, no one bothered to light the candles. Even when the food arrived, they remained unlit. If I hadn't had my lighter with me, our food would have gotten cold. Finally, we asked for water several times during the meal. The first carafe arrived halfway through. When we asked for a second, it never came. Aside from the aforementioned service issues, the meal was very enjoyable, and the meat was cooked exactly as requested. We are never disappointed by the value for money at Bistro Régent!
