Just another Bistrot Régent. The food is consistent with the chain's standards. The service was pleasant and quick despite the crowds, and the terrace was quite nice.

I've been there twice in two months, and I'm going back tomorrow for lunch. The beef tartare is divine, and my friend's duck breast was perfect. I just miss the real fries they used to serve; they've been replaced with matchstick fries... to me, they're not fries, and personally, I'm not a fan, hence the one-star deduction for the food. Please bring back real fries! They're impossible to make at home! I saw a post from six months ago with photos; they had real thick-cut fries!

18/08/2026: A place we absolutely love! 😊 Carpediem is first and foremost a place where you truly feel at home. Benoît and Manue are delightful: always smiling, warm, attentive, and caring. You're welcomed with simplicity and good humor, and that makes all the difference. As for the food, it's also impeccable: delicious, generous portions, and a real treat every time. In short, a fantastic place, a friendly atmosphere, and above all, two owners who give the place a real soul. We come here with pleasure and return even more willingly! I highly recommend it.
