Beautiful terrace, pleasant atmosphere, graced by the hostess and accompanied by a handsome, very professional young man who treated us to a superb meal (thank you, Chef!) and the "Appy Birthday" which added a lovely touch of whimsy... Looking forward to it! ☆

A truly wonderful culinary discovery. With the heatwave, it's hard to find fresh, delicious, and original dishes. The chef at Bistro has found the answer; he delights us from the sharing-friendly appetizers to the mouth-watering desserts. The waiter was incredibly attentive. Top-notch. I highly recommend it.

Le Bistro d'Hervé was a pure stroke of luck on a hot July day. After exploring the old town, we stumbled upon this culinary gem around lunchtime, looking for a restaurant away from the tourist crowds on the edge of the old town. The charmingly designed terrace immediately caught our eye. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the menu promised an exciting culinary journey – and we weren't disappointed. I had tuna tataki with a vegetable medley and was simply amazed by the high quality of the preparation. The fish was cooked to perfection: seared on the outside, raw on the inside. It practically melted in my mouth. The vegetables and fish were seasoned with exquisite flavor. The best tataki I've ever eaten! The second dish was a salmon carpaccio with a perfectly balanced lemon flavor, ideal for a hot summer day. Here, too, the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the preparation were outstanding! All in all, we highly recommend Bistro d'Hervé!

A superb, relaxed atmosphere in this gourmet bistro. Special mention for the fried artichoke tips. We continued with a lovely, well-seasoned beef tartare and a pavlova. It would be hard to find a more convivial setting, or a more sophisticated cuisine. A big thumbs up!

The more I go, the more I love it! There's no "routine" in the kitchen. The menus are regularly changed. The food is excellent and the welcome is warm. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! I'll say it again. It's so delicious and the welcome is always so warm! 🤩😍
