A really nice bar and restaurant. The new waiter (sorry, I don't know his name...) is very professional and attentive to the tables he serves. A big thank you to the kitchen too, the food is always excellent.

A wonderful evening at Bistrot Gapençais, in a warm atmosphere under the plane trees and the evening lights. The seared tuna was excellent, original, and perfectly prepared, and the chocolate fondant was delicious. A truly great place in Gap. ★★★★★

A restaurant my partner and I frequent, sometimes with friends. There are about ten dishes to choose from. More than enough, especially since they offer two different dishes every day in addition to the regular menu. The dishes are all delicious, homemade with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the portions are generous. The only difficulty is choosing because everything is so good. The same goes for the appetizers and desserts. They also have excellent vegetarian options. In short, it's a real treat. In the warmer months, you can eat outside in a lovely, relaxed, open-air setting. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Go for it, but remember to book ahead.

A short menu, a testament to the quality of the dishes, ranges from classic to truly original to satisfy all tastes. The portions are generous and the service friendly. Add to that a very pleasant shaded terrace, despite a bit of traffic, and a reasonable bill.

A good place to eat; the food is tasty and fresh. However, the prices are quite high for the portion size (18 euros for a Caesar salad). The service was rather slow but friendly.

Everything was fine, we got a table even though it was peak time, 1pm
