Very good restaurant to eat sushi. The fish was very fresh and the presentation superb. The decor of the restaurant is very good, it's airy and you don't feel like sardines because of an owner who wants to maximize seating space. I recommend a reservation as the restaurant was almost full during our visit. The only downside is the service, the person on duty didn't seem at all interested in being there (no smile, sporty clothing, nonchalance) and was sniffing very loudly right next to us.
I have known this restaurant since I was young, having not come for a long time I was disappointed with the service. Terrible service (the waiter never cleared the empty plates, nor even served us water), it's very limited for a sushi restaurant for €85.
Especially since the sushi has clearly lost quality.
I will not come back.
We come to Tokyo from Briançon on purpose (about 85 km away), and regularly, for years. This is the best restaurant for sushi/maki/sashimi etc that we have tried and we have tried a lot.
Les sushis sont bons mais ce restaurant a baissé ces derniers temps… nous ne prenons qu’à emporter et n’avons plus droit aux 10% de remise habituellement appliqués… sans service donc TVA plus basse et plein pot!! Mais surtout, personnel DÉTESTABLE, et des sauces périmées systématiquement! Il faut demander les baguettes, les serviettes et les sauces!! Pour plus de 100€ à chaque fois! Aberrant… Ils croient trop avoir le monopole ou pensent être victimes de leur succès…? Fini pour moi!
