We had a wonderful evening at Le Bistrot Gourmand restaurant in La Rochelle. The prices were attractive at only €20 for a starter, main course, and dessert, which included high-quality ingredients. The service was just as excellent as the food. Eva was with us throughout our meal and gave us fantastic recommendations! I highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. For the three-course meal (starter, main, dessert): a complimentary aperitif with or without alcohol from a selection of options. (In the photos: burrata as a starter and goat cheese at the top. Rump steak as a main course and pear for dessert.) Special mention to the waitress: lovely, smiling, and very attentive, she greatly contributed to making the experience enjoyable. Quick service, friendly atmosphere, a very pleasant place to be. I highly recommend it and will gladly return! It was winter, but I imagine the setting must be even better in warmer weather. ✨

28/10/2025: We had a great meal at this restaurant as a family. Good value for money with a lovely view of the harbor.
02/10/2025: 5 stars because the service was great, the food too and truly homemade. The homemade fries were visible and the shallot sauce deglazed with what I think was beer was a treat. We did not regret choosing this restaurant on the harbor.
