We were lucky enough to order services in Romania with the Maison du Monde hotel. Everything was absolutely divine; we truly felt like we were on cloud nine 🌤

Passionate about fine dining and its artistry, we came from Clisson (44). We treat ourselves to the rare opportunity to experience a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. For my 50th birthday, this was a truly wonderful and memorable experience. The professionalism of the expert waitstaff perfectly complemented the masterful dishes prepared by the chefs. And I do mean expert and master; at this level, the words carry their full meaning. Let yourself be guided by the presentations and storytelling of the servers, and by the sommelier's expert advice. Of course, the wine list features renowned names, but also some real gems: Savagnin from the Jura, a Grenache Blanc from the Gard region, and a refreshingly crisp Hermitage red with the cuttlefish. I even indulged in a small glass of 1976 Champagne with the cheese course—wow, what a moment! Book now and treat yourself to a once-in-a-lifetime experience of true excellence! Bravo to all! Absolutely top-notch, innovative dishes, a variety of shellfish, fantastic sauces, 7 courses of only fish and seafood. The taste was superb, although some dishes were a bit too acidic. The Sardinian main course was truly exceptional. Dessert was also excellent. The service was professional, the components were well-chosen, and the staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant. The explanations in English were terrible, and unfortunately, the French explanations were too fast. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back.
