We were served by Tom, who was very friendly and attentive to our requests throughout the entire meal. He laughed with us, which really made for a great meal (and as a reward, we got harlequins 👹).

We're regulars at this chain, but not necessarily at this particular restaurant. The service was good; no particular comments there, nor about the food, which met our expectations. However, we found the restaurant rather dirty. The floor hadn't been cleaned for at least a few days, I think (we arrived at the beginning of service and it was already dirty). The tables were also in a similar state. They really need to improve their cleaning, I think.
