Le Bistronome sur Strasbourg

What an excellent place! I opted for the set menu and kept things simple. Among the starters, I savored a fabulous butternut squash velouté, refined and perfectly seasoned. I followed with a ribeye steak and rösti. The cooking was flawless and completely masterful. An assortment of green vegetables (broad beans and asparagus) brilliantly complemented the dish and its sauce, delicately enhanced with a touch of whole-grain mustard. The culinary pleasure didn't end with dessert: the homemade chocolate profiteroles were delicious and generously portioned. Add to that a team that was incredibly attentive (both in the dining room and the kitchen). Around me, the other tables took turns praising the chef for her talent. Look no further, you've found it: Le Bistronome is the neighborhood gem.

A wonderful little restaurant where the food is prepared with great care, which is evident in the dishes on the ever-changing menu: Every single one of our meals was truly excellent and tasted delicious. The service was very friendly and professional; we will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended at certain times!
