A culinary gem in the heart of the university district. You'll be welcomed by Marjorie, whose exceptional service works in perfect harmony with Geraldine, a chef with a golden touch. Don't hesitate to treat your taste buds in a delightful setting. Everything is there.

I absolutely loved Le Bistronome, which hides some wonderful treasures... From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—a rare quality these days and one that deserves to be highlighted. The food is excellent, entirely homemade with seasonal produce, offering flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts: absolutely delicious, and the tarts... simply divine! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. A very handy bonus: you can reserve and order the daily special for takeout from Tuesday to Friday (by ordering the day before). A pure delight, I highly recommend it! ✨🤤

We discovered this restaurant today. What a wonderful surprise! Delicious food, friendly and welcoming service, excellent recommendations, and a chestnut tiramisu... EXQUISITE! Thank you for this meal!

What an excellent place! I opted for the set menu and kept things simple. Among the starters, I savored a fabulous butternut squash velouté, refined and perfectly seasoned. I followed with a ribeye steak and rösti. The cooking was flawless and completely masterful. An assortment of green vegetables (broad beans and asparagus) brilliantly complemented the dish and its sauce, delicately enhanced with a touch of whole-grain mustard. The culinary pleasure didn't end with dessert: the homemade chocolate profiteroles were delicious and generously portioned. Add to that a team that was incredibly attentive (both in the dining room and the kitchen). Around me, the other tables took turns praising the chef for her talent. Look no further, you've found it: Le Bistronome is the neighborhood gem.
