A wonderful evening at this restaurant. A warm and friendly welcome, even with a touch of humor ;-) The dishes were beautifully prepared and delicious. I savored the veal spider steak with maquis jus (that sauce was divine!). Highly recommended!!!

Passing through Strasbourg and wanting a quick meal, I opted for the starter and main course.
Friendly and fast service. Refreshing green gazpacho. The scallopini was very good; the vegetables and parsnip purée were excellent. Worth trying in the evening.

Le Bistronome is our favorite gourmet spot, right next to our apartments! 🍷✨ The food is truly top-notch, the wine list is well-curated, and the overall atmosphere is impeccable. We always recommend it to our guests who want to treat themselves to a lovely evening in Strasbourg. The best part? It's right next to our apartments.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile and genuine kindness—a rare quality these days and one that deserves to be highlighted.
The food is excellent, entirely homemade with seasonal produce, offering flavorful, generous, and perfectly balanced dishes. Special mention goes to the desserts: absolutely delicious, and the tarts... simply divine!
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. A very handy bonus: you can reserve and order the daily special for takeout from Tuesday to Friday (by ordering the day before). A pure delight, I highly recommend it! ✨🤤
