La Casserole Restaurant sur Strasbourg

Every dish was truly delicious. As a tourist with no jacket and only a collared shirt, I was worried about the dress code and prepared to be turned away, but they welcomed me warmly without showing any concern. Every dish was served with various sauces, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors in one plate. The Riesling white wine from Alsace was so fragrant that it felt a shame to drink it, and although I couldn't afford a Grand Cru, even the cheapest one was delicious. I wasn't discriminated against because I'm Japanese, and even though I was using Google Translate, all the waiters tried to communicate how the dishes were prepared. Thank you so much for a truly wonderful time. In Europe, delays in public transport are common, so be sure to allow plenty of time and don't be late for your reservation.

It was absolutely sublime! It was also very interesting that a theme was repeated throughout the menu: there was always something crunchy, a component adding a touch of acidity, and a white mousse. Everything was perfect: from the amuse-bouche to the "Grandma's Memory," a tiny piece of strawberry cake as a final amuse-bouche at the end of the meal. We also admired the artichokes cooked in a clay crust at the next table, which we're very keen to try next time. The service was also incredibly friendly! Thank you for this wonderful evening!

An excellent culinary experience, where delightful surprises unfolded with each course. However, the service was a drawback, particularly the sommelier who "forgot" to serve my wife two glasses of wine as part of the wine pairing... but still charged us for them.
