A charming little bistro in the heart of Vaison. A warm welcome with staff taking the time to explain the menu, and we followed their recommendations. A wonderful discovery, with generous and delicious homemade cuisine. Grilled octopus with aioli, mustard-flavored andouillette sausage, and rum baba delighted our taste buds. We will be back. Thank you to the team.

A warm welcome. The menu changes very little, which benefits the consistently high quality of the dishes offered. Absolutely recommended. There's not a single bad thing to eat there.

We had a lovely time during our meal at your establishment. Special mention to the young woman who served us; she was very professional, and it's a pleasure to find this level of service. Thank you.

Traditional cuisine, good products. A special mention for the killer rum babas... For the past 5 years we have been happy to return.

Auberge la Bartavelle

06/09/2026: Excellent place. The set menu is €37 and includes an amuse-bouche, starter, main course, cheese, and dessert! One of the few restaurants to offer a complete menu at a reasonable price. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the desserts weren't the highlight of the meal. The service was pleasant and incredibly fast. A great find!
04/09/2026: We have eaten as kings in a fantastic atmosphere!
