A must-visit! While passing through Vinsobres, we had the chance to stop by BISTROT 915. The staff is fantastic, and the owner is truly dedicated to his customers! It's not every day you find such excellent service... From food and wine pairing suggestions to dessert (a coffee scoop topped with a little BUMBU... a real treat). Thank you for everything. Pleasant terrace, easily accessible thanks to its huge free parking lot. Delicious homemade food at a great price, and impeccable service. I recommend it for a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent Caesar salad. The only problem is finishing it, it's so generous! The air-conditioned dining room is a plus, even though the terrace is nice too. Second review: since we were there and had seen the comments about the burgers, we wanted to see for ourselves. We're not from the Vaucluse region, so we don't know if they're the best burgers in Vaucluse, but we do know they're excellent. It would be a real shame to miss out! 🤗
