Le Bistrot sur Chambery

A restaurant delight! copious and tasty dishes, a beautiful wine list, a chic bistro atmosphere...flawless!

It's one of the first restaurants I discovered when I moved to the region. A great discovery. I am always sure to eat well!

We went there on a Thursday evening at 7 p.m. before going to the Comédie des Alpes. We were a little pressed for time, we would have liked to have the full menu but that would have been too tight. The cuisine offered is good, the flavors, the tastes, the gourmet side, the presentation, overall nice. The prices remain correct depending on what you take. The pizzas are excellent for a low price. The menu is quite expensive but surely worth the detour. The wines remain quite expensive in terms of value for money. A few downsides however with the lack of atmosphere, no music, a somewhat "cold" room decor, poorly dried curtains which smelled strongly of humidity, bistro chairs not very comfortable. It's a shame, we perhaps chose the wrong time to discover this restaurant, perhaps we should come back at lunchtime or an evening when it would be busier.

Excellent smaller bistro with very well tasting dishes. Service was on point, food was on point and wine was on point. This can't be less than five stars.

The place is not particularly warm, But the welcome and the service is good. On the plate we had some nice surprises, To do during your visit to Chambéry.

One of the best restaurants I have been to! The dishes were excellent, nothing to complain about in terms of value for money. The waitress was very pleasant, no wait, fast service! What can I say except that I have never eaten so well in a restaurant! To do again without hesitation if I have to return to Chambéry! Hats off to the chef!
