Le Bistrot a Claude sur Cazaubon

A charming little restaurant where the varied, tasty, and generous dishes live up to the friendliness of the owners and staff. I highly recommend it.

A warm welcome. Always attentive, and what can I say about the heart kebabs? A delight, of course, if you like offal.

Good meal, the duck confit was perfectly cooked, the beef pie was also good but not homemade. All dishes were served with fries, which was a shame considering the number of diners; homemade fries would have been even better. A slight disappointment was the desserts. They offered many, but not many were homemade. The chocolate fondant was microwaved and the custard was from a carton. The crème brûlée was overcooked. The waiters were friendly, but the gentleman seemed tired; it was almost difficult to ask him for anything. Overall, we'll remember a good meal in a pleasant, family-friendly setting.

The food is good. I loved the mussels cooked with the owner's mysterious spices. Very tasty, and a nice change from the usual. The owners are very, very friendly. I would have liked homemade fries, and the interior decor could use a makeover. The exterior is perfect.

What a wonderful restaurant! Bistrot à Claude lives up to its reputation: the mussels are fresh, plump, and served with a secret sauce that makes you want to mop up every last drop. And those homemade terrines... a true work of art! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, the love for homemade goodness. The service is simple, efficient, and friendly. The perfect place for lovers of fine food.
