A wonderful discovery! A beautifully decorated restaurant with attentive service and refined, delicious cuisine featuring seasonal vegetables. I highly recommend it for its reasonable price and quality. As an added bonus, the music is very pleasant. I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant in Pau to celebrate our son's birthday. We started with the foie gras terrine and Savoyard fondue ravioli, followed by the duck breast and pollack with vegetable minestrone as main courses, and the cheesecake with Shanguyan curd for dessert. The flavors were exquisite, with some truly original combinations (for example, the coffee crumble with the duck breast). The service was very pleasant, and the restaurant had a lovely, intimate atmosphere.
