A huge thank you again for the superb cuisine, beautifully presented like that of a top chef. The service team is always so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is fantastic! Everything was perfect! My companions were delighted; some were familiar with the area, others were discovering it for the first time. We all agreed we'd do it again with better weather. We had decided to eat at Flores'sens (after completing the Demoiselles trail) to round off our Friday hike. It was the perfect place to recharge!

20/02/2026: A wonderful discovery this evening! Original and perfectly balanced flavors. The squid tentacle salad with orange and toasted rapeseed oil was a truly delightful find! The seared scallops, topped with chorizo ​​chips for a crunchy touch and a beetroot/butternut mousse, were equally delightful. The thinly sliced ​​Irish Angus flank steak, subtly seasoned with smoked mustard and paprika, was served with fragrant polenta. A refined, generous, and perfectly executed dish, accompanied by a Delmas red wine... what can I say... we loved it. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: Meal served on the 12th at noon. An incredible wait, we were forgotten, no one to offer us a drink. Finally, we ordered after a 40-minute wait and the meal arrived at 2:30 p.m. There were 4 of us who arrived at 1 p.m. The owner didn't even accept a comment. I've been going there for several years. The food is good and simple, but for the rest, forget it. I no longer recommend this restaurant, which offers a variety of services.
