A very pleasant evening at Gilles's on the terrace, a warm welcome, just like at home. For dinner, we enjoyed a salmon tataki and a double beef carpaccio, so delicious that we forgot to take pictures as soon as the plates were set down, driven by an immediate and irresistible gustatory pleasure. 😋 For dessert, our phones were completely silent. 😅 We'll gladly return (photos to prove it).

Nothing special. Quiche: mine was better. Chicken in cream sauce with reheated mashed potatoes. Mirabelle plum tart: tiny slice. Tourist trap.

Excellent! The quality of the food, ingredients, and service is a Michelin experience, with warm, considerate treatment from the staff. The taste and recipes were outstanding! We enjoyed a lovely dinner and had wonderful conversations with other guests and our very friendly hosts.

Just excellent!
My partner and I are quite good chefs ourselves, and treat us only rarly in restaurants;
If so, we try to really have some good things out of our "ordinary habits".
Chez Gilles and the whole team did not disappoint us at all; it was absolutely worth it from starter to dessert. We had 1x the "expensive" menu of 50€ and one of 30€ and took after a waiters recommensation some wine. It was just awesome in every bite. The price difference in booth menus is easily explained by the ingredients, while still having both dishes with an excellent quality and skill and love from the chef!
