We went as a family of four to Le Bistrot de Gilles and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! The dishes were delicious, generous, and very well prepared. The service was also excellent: welcoming, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. We had a wonderful time in a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this place!

We came for dinner one evening as a small group. The service was impeccable. The servers were very pleasant, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction. Everything looked excellent, making it difficult to choose! We weren't disappointed; it was a real treat! The flavors were perfectly balanced yet simple. The server's recommendation for the red wine (the "idiot" one) was excellent and proved to be a perfect match for our dishes. A nice bonus was the incredible desserts. We were surprised by the originality of the desserts listed on the chalkboard, such as the basil whipped cream served with seasonal French strawberries! In addition to the rather charming decor, which creates a warm atmosphere, and the beautiful tableware that meticulously showcases the dishes, we will definitely be back!
