Service was very slow, we were only given 1 menu for 2 people and then waited 23 minutes for the waiter to come back. At that point we were not even given the drinks menu. Our appetizer came before our drinks. Food was just okay. I was expecting more.

A truly luxurious and generous breakfast; it's very good, even excellent, I'd say. The service is of a respectable standard for a brasserie, and the same goes for the breakfast itself. I highly recommend it if you want a hearty and late breakfast for those who like to sleep in.

The setting is simply incredible. For that reason alone, you should go for lunch or dinner at the Exelsior. In the evening, in particular, the setting sun illuminates the interior of the room; it's magnificent.
The attentive service is truly delightful.
The only downside: The food is good, but in my opinion, it absolutely deserves to be refreshed and updated.
…All this for a really steep price. I understand that you're paying for the location, but it's still a bit of a shame. Nevertheless, our evening remains an excellent memory.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Nancy.
It's a lovely restaurant with Art Nouveau decor.
Even though it was Saturday lunchtime, the restaurant was almost full. We ordered the set menu with appetizer, main course, and dessert. For the appetizer, we could choose 6 oysters. The oysters were fresh and delicious. There were also five main course options to choose from. The kids' menu is a great deal at €13, including a drink, main course, and dessert. The food was delicious, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the authentic French cuisine.
The service and attentiveness were wonderful.
I recommend making a reservation in advance.
