30/08/2024: It is a nice place, with very polite staff. The food is good, but everything is very fatty. I had the duck confit with the potatoes. The potatoes were all buttery with bacon ,i would prefer a lighter side dish to the already fatty duck. I mean , the food is tasty but the combinations should be reconsidered.

12/12/2024: Very good value for money. We were in a private dining room with a fireplace, it was perfect. Very friendly chef and service. Many thanks
24/11/2024: Ambrosia, an old institution in Tarbes, but which cannot recover the star lost a long time ago. The setting is always cold, soulless and the decoration from another era. The food is good but it lacks that little something extra to make it special. Disappointment for me.
