A small, unassuming bistro in the shopping center, but it has everything you need: excellent quality meat, very affordable prices, and a very friendly staff. Didn't have time to try the desserts :-) Highly recommended!

17/04/2026: One of the oldest restaurants in Tarbes, if not the oldest, a charmingly renovated establishment with a neighborhood bistro atmosphere. We had booked a week in advance for about fifteen people. We had a very pleasant time on the terrace, the service was efficient and prompt, and the homemade food was enjoyed by everyone: every plate was finished! The students of the Jean Dupuy high school, in the BTS Design program, thank you!
13/02/2026: A very nice place, home-style cooking and a warm welcome. I highly recommend it.
