Excellent restaurant. The food is very good (superb ribeye steak, perfectly cooked) and the service is very professional and pleasant. Good value for money considering the quality of the food and drinks. We will return and recommend it to others.

I stumbled upon Marcel's bistro quite by chance. I left delighted. I savored every dish on the €37 set menu, and especially the Landes salad. Hats off to this restaurant, which keeps local cuisine alive and, more generally, French cuisine, which is suffering from the effects of fast food and the like. I was lucky enough to dine there on a beautiful spring evening: I enjoyed the terrace overlooking the Midouse River. I hadn't been before. A wonderful discovery.

A wonderful discovery in the heart of Mont-de-Marsan. The welcome and service were incredibly warm and attentive. From the delicious mocktail featuring delicate foie gras, to the beautiful sea bream and duck confit, and finally the chocolate fondant with a chestnut center, our dinner overlooking the Midouze River was a relaxing and flavorful experience. Thank you for this delightful moment.

13/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this romantic getaway, which included a one-night stay, a candlelit dinner, and breakfast. The welcome was immediately warm, making us feel at ease in this exceptional setting, decorated with refined taste. The dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was entirely satisfactory. The cuisine is original, sometimes daring, but always beautifully executed, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service is simple, professional, and efficient, perfectly befitting a one-Michelin-starred establishment. A special mention goes to the dessert, which demonstrates technical mastery and a taste for challenge. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wine selection, which could complement the entire tasting menu. We missed out on a perfect pairing with a white wine from Anjou for our meal, and we would have appreciated the expert advice of a professional sommelier. Thank you nonetheless for this exceptional culinary experience. Breakfast was perfect in the morning. A great place for a romantic weekend.
