Excellent restaurant, always a pleasure to go there and receive such a warm welcome! This restaurant is excellent and the staff is super friendly. The portions are generous and worth the price. I've been there many times and have never been disappointed!

Passing through Mont-de-Marsan, we had dinner at Bistrot de Marcel and what a wonderful discovery! The service was impeccable, with lovely waitresses and waiters. The food was excellent, showcasing local Southwestern produce in several dishes. The place was warm and beautifully decorated. We loved it!

We went as a family. The staff were incredibly attentive. The €37 Southwest menu was a delightful array of flavors. I've never tasted such a delicious duck breast. I highly recommend it!

A lovely terrace to enjoy the delicious dishes on offer. Excellent and very professional service. The food arrived hot, which was much appreciated, and above all, it was absolutely delicious. 04/09/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel, nestled in a verdant and refreshing setting with its pond and swimming pool. The welcome was very warm; arriving early from the train station after two weeks on the Camino de Santiago, we were immediately given an impeccably clean room and helpful advice for exploring Mont-de-Marsan. Dinner, served on the terrace overlooking the pond in a truly serene atmosphere, was delicious, with excellent service. Kudos to the staff for their outstanding service and exceptional attentiveness.
02/09/2026: For organizing a large family event...the meals were delicious and beautifully presented, the staff were competent and very pleasant, and the atmosphere was wonderful (personalized music was provided, a screen was loaned for a slideshow, and a poster board was available...). From the aperitif to the Champagne...everything was perfect. Thank you to all the staff, from reception to the dining room and kitchen. I highly recommend them!!

13/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this romantic getaway, which included a one-night stay, a candlelit dinner, and breakfast. The welcome was immediately warm, making us feel at ease in this exceptional setting, decorated with refined taste. The dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was entirely satisfactory. The cuisine is original, sometimes daring, but always beautifully executed, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service is simple, professional, and efficient, perfectly befitting a one-Michelin-starred establishment. A special mention goes to the dessert, which demonstrates technical mastery and a taste for challenge. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wine selection, which could complement the entire tasting menu. We missed out on a perfect pairing with a white wine from Anjou for our meal, and we would have appreciated the expert advice of a professional sommelier. Thank you nonetheless for this exceptional culinary experience. Breakfast was perfect in the morning. A great place for a romantic weekend.
