Excellent lunch this Saturday! The mussels were delicious. Despite the crowd, the blonde waitress remained very professional, welcoming, and smiling. A big thank you to her for this wonderful experience. See you soon!

We had a wonderful lunch this Sunday at Bistrot de Saint Val! The sea bream was delicious and the duck burger was excellent. The waitress was very professional and friendly, and the bartender was very funny and professional! 😊

During our trip to St Valery, we had a wonderful meal at this friendly brasserie. The skate wing was delicious, as was the tartare with pesto. The welcome was pleasant and the service efficient.

For a family lunch during a weekend in the region, we made a very pleasant stop at Bistrot de St Val. The mussels (marinière, with Roquefort, with cream, with Maroilles cheese) and the burgers were both delicious. Everything was served by a super friendly young team with whom we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

We had dinner at the bistro last night; the duck and beef burgers were excellent. Kudos to the chef and her team! The waitress was very efficient and, above all, always smiling. We'll gladly return.

10/10/2026: The service was mediocre and the food wasn't cooked properly.
04/10/2026: Neither good nor bad. Tasteless. The service is minimal, the meat isn't seasoned. Keep walking; you'd do the same at home. Furthermore, the wine advertised as being served by the carafe isn't what's actually served, and the desserts are frozen. Thanks, but no thanks.

22/10/2026: Very good lunch, the mussels with Maroilles cheese were delicious, generously served, and the French toast was also very good.
19/10/2026: Simple, casual food. Friendly staff. There were six of us, including five dogs underfoot. No problem at all. They're dog-friendly.
