We went there last night. We received a very warm welcome; the waiter was very kind and attentive. The food was excellent (salmon escalope, sea bream, mussels in cream sauce, minced steak). We highly recommend it.

Tasteless food, cold welcome, waiter with lame jokes. Cheap decor. View of the parking lot. We ended up at this restaurant one lunchtime because it was the only one with a table available, and now we know why! With such lovely weather, we would have been better off buying sandwiches to eat on the waterfront; it would have been cheaper and just as satisfying.

We discovered Le Bistrot de Saint Val' thanks to a gift box and have very fond memories of our visit. The welcome was warm and the staff attentive throughout the meal.
The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We particularly enjoyed the regional flavors and the restaurant's friendly atmosphere, ideally located in the heart of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. This experience as a couple fully met our expectations and allowed us to have a wonderful time.
We thank the entire team for their professionalism and gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant setting.
