A tastefully decorated restaurant offering a concise menu, but one comprised entirely of perfectly prepared dishes made with high-quality ingredients. The service is efficient, and the servers are very pleasant. A truly excellent restaurant with excellent value for money. Originally from the Beaujolais region, we were just passing through for a weekend, but if we return to the area, we will definitely go back!

We spontaneously decided to have a very late lunch. The service was friendly. The food wasn't outstanding, but it was good. We stayed quite a while and had a drink with a couple we met there. The waiter was kind enough to take a photo of us. Thank you very much!

Surprised and delighted. Fresh products, a delight for the palate. I had the morel risotto; the morels were whole and perfectly prepared. My partner had beef with fried onions and homemade fries. You can tell the products are fresh; the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender. The onions and fries didn't taste of oil or salt. And for drinks, a small alcoholic cocktail with dried flowers—a delight to taste. I highly recommend the red wine; it's really well-balanced. If you close your eyes, you can almost smell Provence and the Alpilles mountains. The waiter, Teddy, is professional yet friendly. The place is spotless. Soft background music creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. For dessert: Alpilles goat cheese with dried flowers and a honey vinaigrette—a delight served with crusty bread. "It's crispy, it's delicious," my partner told me. For me, a scoop of vanilla ice cream with tonka bean, with coffee and affogato, is delicious.

We went to Bistrot Découverte for lunch yesterday. There were four adults and four children in our party. We were very comfortable, the waiter was lovely to us and the children, and the daily specials were excellent and very reasonably priced. We were very lucky to have stumbled upon it by chance. We'll definitely go back every time we're in St. Rémy!
